Our Story
Elite North Soccer was born from a passion for the beautiful game and a belief that playing soccer should be thrilling and educational. Founded by a certified Elementary School teacher and soccer mom of four, our company is built on a deep understanding of how children learn, grow, and compete.
Watching our own kids navigate the pitch, we realized that the best way to develop skills and confidence is through high-intensity, high-engagement gameplay. We wanted to create an environment where every child feels the excitement of a big game every single time they play. This led us to bring the innovative, air-pitched 3v3 format to Guelph.
The Elite North Tournament-League Hybrid
Youth soccer often involves low intensity house league, where players sit around and lack engagement. The alternative is summer weekend festivals, where players spend more time traveling to matches than playing in them. At Elite North Soccer, we’ve taken a different, hybrid approach. High intensity, weekend matches. Minimal waiting, minimal travel.
• Many matches each week, which always feel like a tournament. This keeps the energy high and the excitement of a "Grand Final" alive all season long.
• The 3v3 advantage: By using smaller teams and smaller rosters and our exclusive air-pitched fields, we ensure that every player stays in the center of the action. More touches on the ball lead to faster skill development, more goals, and more enjoyment.
• Community: Players remain part of a consistent house league community, although they get to play with different members of that community. This allows them to build lasting friendships while developing their game.
